Better than therapy

I left my cheater and gained a life 5 years ago now. Tracy’s book got me through. Her’s was the only voice (among many) that didn’t seek to attribute blame for my ex’s lies, cheating and gaslit destruction of my self worth, to me. Her perspective gave me the strength to really ask: what do I want and what do I deserve? Sure, people fall out of love and want some romantic excitement in their lives, but it’s how they choose to go about it that matters. Cheaters choose the path of least integrity and in doing so, remove the chump’s ability to choose. The truly sad part is how banal, how common all of their excuses are. This was better than any therapy. My Tuesday came some time ago now, and I will be forever grateful to Tracy and her Chump Nation for that.
